To carry out necessary security maintenance updates, please adhere to the following procedure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Download and run <a href=\"https:\/\/ctiproducts.com\/RadioPro_UpgradeDownloads.html#:~:text=ICU%20(IP%20Gateway%20Configuration%20Utility)\">ICU (IP Gateway Configuration Utility)<\/a> (version 8.1.16+)<\/li><li>Connect to the RadioPro IP Gateway.  Verify that it is version 8.1.X.<\/li><li>Download the latest version of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ctiproducts.com\/RadioPro_UpgradeDownloads.html#:~:text=8.1.X,Win%2010\">RadioPro IP Gateway Firmware for Windows 10<\/a>. (version 8.1.X)  Install the firmware upgrade using instructions on <a href=\"https:\/\/ctiproducts.com\/documents\/radiopro\/v9\/RadioPro%20IP%20Gateway%20Installation%20Guide.pdf#page=15\">page 15 of the RadioPro IP Gateway Installation Guide<\/a>. <\/li><li>Reconnect to the RadioPro IP Gateway and verify that the Gateway and DNS settings on the &#8220;Network&#8221; Tab will enable communication with Microsoft&#8217;s upgrade servers.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Continue with these steps until the &#8220;OS Updates&#8221; Tab displays a \u201cStatus\u201d of \u201c<strong>NoUpdatesAvailable<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cAvailable Updates\u201d shows <strong>0<\/strong>:  <em>(Note:  At the time of writing, this process required two iterations in less than 30 minutes)<\/em><ul><li>Re-establish your connection with the RadioPro IP Gateway.<\/li><li>If the \u201cStatus\u201d on the OS Updates Tab is <strong>\u201cSearchingForUpdates<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>Downloading<\/strong>\u201d, or \u201c<strong>Installing<\/strong>\u201d, wait for a few minutes before reconnecting to the Gateway to check the current status.<\/li><li>If the \u201cStatus\u201d on the OS Updates Tab is \u201c<strong>UpdatesAvailable<\/strong>\u201d, click on the \u201cDownload and Install updates\u201d button.<\/li><li>If the \u201cStatus\u201d on the OS Updates Tab is \u201c<strong>RebootRequired<\/strong>\u201d, click on the \u201cRestart Gateway\u201d button.<\/li><li>Repeat these steps as needed.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"966\" height=\"507\" src=\"https:\/\/faq.ctiproducts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/ICU_OS_Updates.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-526\" \/><figcaption>ICU &#8220;OS Updates&#8221; Tab<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-permalink'>\n\t\n\t<a href='https:\/\/faq.ctiproducts.com\/index.php\/ufaq\/how-do-i-update-the-os-of-a-radiopro-ip-gateway\/'>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t <div class='ewd-ufaq-permalink-image'><\/div> \t\n\t<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A How do I update the OS of a RadioPro IP Gateway?
