Why are my GPS ID’s not populating on the GPS map?

  1. Verify that the radio programming is configured correctly by viewing the RadioPro IP Gateway Installation and Configuration Guide:
  2. Ensure that the subscriber licensing is configured with the correct GPS ID’s.
  3. Restart the IP Gateway and the radio(s) that are connected to the IP Gateway.
  4. Contact CTI Products Technical support.
