Use Archive Viewer to search the required events, then choose File → Export Archive Records. The export can include a CSV event list and the associated audio.
- Open Archive Viewer from RadioPro Dispatch.
- Set the date/time range and other filters, then run the search.
- Choose File → Export Archive Records.
- Select the export scope: selected records, the current results page, or all pages from the search.
- Choose whether to export no audio, individual WAV files, or a single combined WAV file.
- Select the destination and complete the export.
The CSV can be opened in spreadsheet software. Individual WAV files keep transmissions separate; a combined WAV is useful when someone needs to listen to a sequence of calls.
Before sending an export, check that the filters cover the intended period and that you selected all required pages. Follow your organization's rules for sharing recordings and personal information.
