Yes. RadioPro Dispatch has a Missed Calls panel that can help the operator track incoming calls needing a response. The User Guide's basic workflow is an incoming private call that remains on the list until the dispatcher responds with a return private call.
Review and return a call
- Select the caller in the Missed Calls panel.
- Use Play Audio to replay that subscriber's last incoming audio when available.
- Use Call to return a private call on a supporting radio system.
- Confirm the entry clears as expected. The operator can also use the panel's cancel function to clear an entry.
Configuration affects what appears. The installation guide includes options for analog calls, digital private calls and digital group calls, along with callback-action and sorting settings. Have the administrator choose inclusion rules that suit the actual workflow rather than assuming every installation lists the same events.
The panel can be enabled or disabled. When disabled, it does not add missed transmissions to that panel. Check its state if calls seem to be missing.
This is a radio call-response aid, not a full telephone queue or incident-management system. Operators still need a procedure for assigning responsibility, confirming the caller's need and recording any work that follows.
