Yes. A suitably licensed RadioPro IP Gateway can stream audio using RTP to a compatible third-party logging recorder. This is separate from the history logging performed by RadioPro Dispatch.
The Gateway's Voice Recorder configuration in ICU sets the recorder destination and supported stream parameters. The recorder must be configured to accept the corresponding format, packet timing, and any radio metadata used by the integration.
Eventide and Revcord are documented RadioPro recorder integrations. Other products that accept RTP still need a compatibility review and testing; RTP support by itself does not establish that every codec and metadata format will match.
Before installation, confirm the Gateway interface/configuration supports the feature, the recorder license is installed, and both ends support the selected format. Give CTI and the recorder supplier the exact software versions and configuration requirements.
Choose the recording architecture and retention settings to meet your organization's operational requirements, then verify recordings from both received and transmitted traffic as applicable.
