How can a shipping office coordinate warehouse workers and yard crews from one computer?

Use RadioPro Dispatch to bring the required warehouse and yard radio paths into one Windows console, with clear labels and audio settings for each team.

For example, a distribution center might provide independent paths for Warehouse, Yard, and Maintenance. To hear all three independently at once, each needs its own compatible voice control station and RadioPro IP Gateway, and the Dispatch license must allow the required connections.

Selected/unselected audio settings help an operator give attention to one team while continuing to monitor other configured paths. Set per-channel levels and test the microphone, headset, and PTT controls at the shipping desk.

Selecting a team, transmitting to several selected destinations, and patching two radio paths are different operations. Choose the workflow deliberately; routine office monitoring should not accidentally cause warehouse conversations to be retransmitted into the yard.

Have your dealer verify the radio coverage inside the building and across the yard separately. One radio scanning several channels is not the same as dedicated receivers for simultaneous traffic. GPS reporting for yard vehicles is an additional feature with its own requirements; indoor forklift positioning is not supplied by ordinary GPS mapping.
