A basic RadioPro system needs a compatible control station radio, a RadioPro IP Gateway, the correct radio interface cable, an IP network, and licensed client access.
- Radio equipment: a supported control station radio, appropriate power supply, antenna system, and radio programming.
- Gateway: a RadioPro IP Gateway configured for that radio interface, plus its power supply and network connection.
- Interface cable: the CTI cable specified for the control station model.
- Client: a suitable Windows PC for Dispatch or Solo, or a supported mobile device for Talk.
- Licenses: the necessary client connections and any optional functions, such as GPS or recorder integration.
Remote users also need a reachable network path to the Gateway, using a suitable VPN, RadioPro Link, or another supported connection arrangement. The Gateway includes the radio connection server; basic operation does not require a separate central server PC.
