Yes. The RadioPro Link announcement includes ICU among the applications that can access a provisioned Gateway through its assigned endpoint. Use a compatible ICU version and the connection settings supplied by CTI.
Enter the Link endpoint manually in ICU's connection workflow and authenticate with the appropriate Gateway administrative account. Link supplies the network path; it does not replace that account or grant every connected user administrative access.
Auto Find is a separate function. ICU's local discovery uses network broadcasts and is not a method for locating a remote Gateway across the internet. A missing Auto Find result does not establish that the Link endpoint is unreachable.
Before a remote configuration change, export the existing settings and record the current working connection. Plan disruptive changes such as an address change or reboot so an operator can verify recovery. If the Gateway has no working power or internet path, Link cannot provide remote access to it.
For a firmware update, use the supported procedure and compatible package for that generation. Reachability through Link does not make a hardware/OS-generation migration an ordinary firmware update.
