The RadioPro Link announcement identifies Dispatch, Solo, the Talk mobile app and ICU as applications that can connect using a provisioned Link endpoint. CTI must confirm the installed versions and provision the Gateway/service before use.
| Application | Role |
|---|---|
| Dispatch | Windows radio-console access with the licensed Gateway connections and supported features. |
| Solo | Windows access to one Gateway/control-station path at a time. |
| Talk | Compatible iPhone/iPad or Android app access over a working mobile/Wi-Fi internet connection. |
| ICU | Authorized Gateway configuration through a compatible utility. |
Enter the endpoint and connection settings supplied for the site. Keep the Gateway's client accounts, administrative credentials and applicable license capacity in place. Link does not turn an older client into a compatible client or supply extra Solo/Talk seats or Dispatch licenses.
For a system with several Gateways, obtain the correct endpoint assignment for each provisioned connection. Do not assume one name automatically exposes every Gateway at the site.
Ask CTI for the current supported Gateway/client combination when ordering Link or adapting an existing installation. Use the assigned endpoint information rather than assuming the direct-LAN address, port or discovery method applies unchanged.
